BAT-433 AWAM Processing System
The BAT-433 is an Anonymous Wireless Address Matching (AWAM) processor used primarily for traffic management, travel time calculations, mapping, and origin-destination studies.
The BAT detects enabled Bluetooth devices located in vehicles and communicates the time and location of the device to a central host computer. As devices are detected at successive BATs, the host software matches the devices and displays travel times, speeds, and other calculations between road segments in real-time.
